A New Hostel

Kathy and Evan check into the Copenhagen Hostel.
E:Excuse me, miss. I have a reservation here.
M:What's the last name, please?
E:Whiting, Evan Whiting.
M:Just a moment. Ah, yes, Mr. Whiting. We have a reservation for you and Miss Kathy Mannings for...oh!...18 days.
E:Are you surprised?
M:Well, usually people don't stay here that long. Of course, you're welcome to stay as long as you like. We have a couple of rooms available right now. I can show them to you. You can choose the one you prefer.
E:That sounds great. Uh, do you take traveler's checks here?
M:I'm sorry, but we don't. But there's a bank just down the street where you can cash them. They're open another two hours. Why not choose your room and unpack? Then you can go to the bank.
E:Sounds good. Uh, by the way, I understand the room rate is 25 euros per day, right?
M:That's right. They're not fancy rooms, but they're clean and have a TV, mini-fridge, and ceiling fan. Ideal for young travelers like you.
E:Fine. Uh, can we take a look at the rooms now?
M:Sure. Please follow me.
