  Lana worked hard all week, so she decided to treat herself to a fancy meal at an Italian restaurant on Friday night. The restaurant was busy, but Lana was able to get a seat. After looking at the menu, she ordered a salmon dish that looked tasty. About 40 minutes later, Lana's order still hadn't arrived. She noticed that some people who ordered after she did were already eating their meals, which upset her. When the waiter finally brought her order, the salmon was cold, so Lana complained loudly to the waiter. The waiter was rude to Lana, so Lana got even angrier. Shortly afterwards, the manager of the restaurant came over to Lana's table. After Lana explained what had happened, the manager apologized to her and scolded the waiter. In addition, the manager told Lana she could have her meal and a dessert on the house.

 

  拉娜辛苦工作了一整个星期,因此她决定在星期五晚上到一间意大利餐厅,犒赏自己一顿豪华大餐。那间餐厅生意很好,但拉娜有位子可以坐。看完菜单后,她点了一道看起来很美味的鲑鱼餐。大约四十分钟过后,拉娜的餐点仍然没有送达。她注意到有些比她还晚点餐的人都已经在用餐了,这让她相当生气。当服务生终于端上她的餐点,鲑鱼已经冷掉了,所以拉娜大声地向服务生抱怨。那位服务生对拉娜很无礼,因此她更加愤怒。不久后,餐厅的经理来到拉娜的桌旁。在拉娜解释发生了什么事之后,那位经理向她道歉并斥责了那位服务生。除此之外,那位经理还告诉拉娜她的晚餐和甜点都由店家免费招待。
